How do I download my previous account statements?

By signing up for eStatements with First Nebraska Bank you will have access to your statements through your online banking account. You are also able to save your eStatements to your computer to retain them for you records for whenever you need to access them. You can sign up for eStatements by logging in to your account and selecting the Options tab. Scroll to the bottom of the page and select edit to enroll in eStatements. How do I download my account transaction history?

You can export your transactions by logging in to your online banking and selecting the account to export. Then select the “transactions menu” and choose “export transactions.” You can select the format in which you want to export the transactions and the date range to export. How do I order checks/registers and have them shipped to my house?

As long as your information hasn’t changed, you can re-order checks directly from the Deluxe website. You will need your routing number and checking account number. How do I create a new PIN?

Your PIN is issued when the Check Card is ordered. The card is attached to a flyer with detailed instructions on changing your PIN number.  If you have forgotten your PIN, or would like to change it but no longer have the flyer, you can call (800) 992-3808 to change your PIN. You will need your card information in order to complete the change.

How do I sign up for a debit card?

Signing up for a First Nebraska Bank Check Card is easy! The cards are usually delivered within a week to 10 days. Please contact your local branch and a customer service specialist will be happy to assist you in signing up.

How do I switch over to online statements instead of paper?

Signing up for eStatements with First Nebraska Bank is easy and green! You can sign up for eStatements by logging in to your online account and selecting “User Options.” Then edit your eStatement enrollment options.
